Spelling and Wordly Wise:
- Lesson 1 for both Spelling and Wordly Wise have been introduced in preparation for this week's test on 9/12/12.
- Monday we will be learning how "teacher" :) wants section "E" in Wordly Wise completed.
- Students will be given a handout each Wednesday for the Spelling list and homework in lieu of the workbook.
- Lesson 2 for both Spelling and Wordly Wise will be introduced on Wednesday 9/12/12.
- Reading-Monday we will begin reading Tale of Despereaux for a novel study. More details will follow so watch the blog!
- Science-We are currently learning about the Pangean theories, layers of the earth, oceanic plates, continental plates, and plate tectonics.On Thursday and Friday in science we have a great hands-on activity and video to help students visualize movements of the oceanic and continental plates. Thus far all work is being completed during class.
