6th Grade Classwork/Homework for week of March 26th-30th

Reading:

• This week we will finish reading the last three chapters of Wednesday Wars (April, May and June) in class.
• Students will be completing the comprehension worksheets for these chapters in class as well
• Worksheets will be due on Friday, March 30th.

Grammar:

• We will be studying verbs, verbs and more verbs this week! 
• During class students will be completing and checking their work from the skills workbook pages 141-150.

Creative Writing:

• Students will continue typing their stories for the 5th/6th grade anthology in the computer lab.
• Students who are finished typing will be practicing their typing skills with the Mavis Beacon program in the computer lab.

Spelling and Wordly Wise

• Spelling Lesson 24 is a review lesson / no words 3x each this week
• Wordly Wise Lesson 16 will be introduced on Wednesday. The test on this lesson will be on the Wednesday following spring break, April 11th.
