Reading
- Today, 9/19, we read and discussed Tale of Despereaux pages 67-81 in class.
- Thursdays, are Library Days and Free Reading
- Friday, 9/2, we read in our history books because Mrs. West was gone with the sixth grade. We used this opportunity to discuss reading strategies for nonfiction.
- We will return to reading Tale of Despereaux on Monday.
Spelling and Vocabulary
- Spelling Lesson 2 homework worksheet and words 3x each in cursive is due 9/19
- Wordly Wise Lesson 2 Exercises A-E due 9/19. We have been working on completion of these first couple of lessons together in class.
- Tests for both lessons will be on Wednesday 9/19.
- Spelling Lesson 3 homework worksheet was introduced on Wednesday, 9/19
- Wordly Wise Workbook Lesson 3 was introduced on Thursday, 9/20
