Psalms
126:1-3 Memory verse for February 26th!
1When the Lord restored the
fortunes of
Zion,
we were like those who dreamed.
2 Our mouths were filled with laughter,
our tongues with songs of joy.
Then it was said among the nations,
“The Lord has done great things for them.”
3 The Lord has done great things for us,
and we are filled with joy.
we were like those who dreamed.
2 Our mouths were filled with laughter,
our tongues with songs of joy.
Then it was said among the nations,
“The Lord has done great things for them.”
3 The Lord has done great things for us,
and we are filled with joy.

Reading: Today we read to the end of chapter 9
in Bud,Not Buddy. Students in
band need to finish reading the chapter. There will be a comprehension quiz for
chapters 4-9 on Thursday.
·
Language Arts: We started our study of expository
writing this past week. On Thursday students will pick an expository essay from
a class list. The plan is to work the essay step by step in class, so as to not
pile on homework. If your student is absent, please check the blog to see which
step needs to be made up.
·
Spelling and Vocabulary: Wordly Wise lesson 10 exercises D and E will be
due on Wednesday, February 19th. The test for Wordly Wise lesson 10 will
be this week on February 19th. Spelling homework lesson 18 and words
