Sixth Grade News for October 14th-17th
Reading: Sixth grade has completed reading the historical fiction reading choice. Students have selected a "book report" project to complete for their presentation. Students will be signing up to present their project and book in class. Presentations will take place October 22nd-25th.
Spelling and Wordly Wise: WW lesson 3 Exercises D&E are due on Wed. 10/16 and spelling review lesson 6 is due Wed. as well. We have a test on both lessons tomorrow.
Language Arts: The original due date for the grammar packet was extended from last Friday to this Wednesday.
Boy's Science: Today we read pages 118-121 about Reptiles and took a quick comprehension quiz.
We also saw a really cool video about the world's most venomous snake, who has enough venom to kill an elephant, but it is not the deadliest snake! Do you know what snake that is? Hint: It is abundant in India the deadliest country in the world for snake bites.
